Executive Engineer ( Job ID 22919)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Managing Director/CEO to develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
  
• Lead end-to-end management of engineering projectsfrom initial concept through design implementation and final deliveryensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality benchmarks.
  
• Provide regular concise updates to executive leadership on project progress risks and mitigation plans.
  
• Lead mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team; foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
  
• Partner closely with product development operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with business objectives.
  
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering and executive leadership translating complex technical insights into actionable business strategies.
  
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting for engineering initiatives; monitor spending and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize efficiency.
  
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations safety standards and quality protocols; proactively identify and mitigate project-related risks.
  
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the Managing Director/CEO and Board of Directors highlighting the strategic value and performance impact of engineering projects.
  

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical); Masters degree or MBA in Operations is a strong advantage.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in engineering roles with demonstrated leadership and project management responsibilities.
  
• Solid understanding of engineering principles design methodologies and project lifecycle management.
  
• Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software and tools relevant to mechanical systems and project execution.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
