Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating leads building strong client relationships and closing sales deals. The role requires proactive sales efforts effective communication and coordination with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling networking online research and industry events

  • Develop and execute prospecting plans to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients

2. Relationship Building & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle

3. Sales Process & Closing

  • Present products/services clearly highlighting features and benefits

  • Prepare sales presentations proposals and quotations

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

4. Market Knowledge & Reporting

  • Stay updated on market trends industry developments and competitor activities

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports

  • Use CRM / Tally / other software to track leads and sales activities

5. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices

  • Build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships


Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce

  • Experience: 23 years in sales (B2B experience preferred)

  • Technical Skills: MS Excel MS Office CRM software or Tally


Skills Required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Target-oriented and proactive approach

  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
