We are seeking a dedicated compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting childrens learning and development and who wants to play a key role in helping all pupils achieve their full potential.

About the role
As an LSA you will:
- work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with a range of needs
- provide targeted support to individuals or small groups helping to deliver interventions and adapted learning
- build positive relationships with pupils to develop confidence engagement and independence
- support the creation of a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- contribute to assessment and progress monitoring through observations and feedback.
We are looking for someone who:
- is proactive and takes initiative in supporting learning
- has a strong work ethic and is committed reliable and willing to contribute fully to school life
- has a positive nurturing approach with children of all abilities and backgrounds
- demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
- is patient flexible and resilient with a good sense of humour
- is committed to inclusion and believes in every childs potential
- is keen to grow and develop professionally as part of a supportive team
- has appropriate literacy and maths qualifications (or equivalent).
Experience working in schools or with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
