We are currently recruiting a Staff Nurse for a leading Nursing Home in County Louth.
We are seeking:
Join a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality care to residents in a professional and compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in delivering care within the home to support the ongoing assessment planning implementation and evaluation of each residents care.
Help ensure that care plans are routinely audited remain appropriate to each residents needs and accurately reflect the care being provided.
Ensure all complaints are managed appropriately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Actively engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities that align with their lifestyle choices at a pace and level that respects their dignity and individual communication needs.
Support the Clinical Care Manager in overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the home.
Requirements
Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible for registration
Newly qualified / graduate nurses will be considered
Experience in gerontological care and/or dementia care is an advantage
