• Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in accordance with individualized care plans
  
  
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing toileting and mobility support
  
  
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care team
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
  
  
• Ensure a safe clean and supportive environment for clients
  
  
• Follow all state regulations company policies and infection control protocols
  
  
• Communicate effectively with clients families and interdisciplinary team members
  
  

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (Required)
  
  
• Minimum of 12 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (REQUIRED)
  
  
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to demonstrate compassion patience and professionalism at all times
  
  
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
