Recruiting Coordinator

Overview:

We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This is an hourly assignment based flex position.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-hire checks schedule interviews as needed and inputting requisition data in system and job ads on job boards
• Track and monitor confidential candidate information
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant information and data tracking is up to date
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e. interview reminders and logistics post-hire/pre-start engagement)
• Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites screening reference calls assessments or other recruiting tasks
• Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement
• Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity
• Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicants
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume fast paced environment
• Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external contacts
• Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level
• Must be flexible to work with a new client

Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and geographic location.
