What Youll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Salado Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Achieve a production volume of 1.4 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.

• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.

• Five years of aggregates operations management experience.

• Advanced understanding of geology mining methods and regulations.

• Proven leadership skills managing multiple diverse teams.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.

Physical Demands
