What Youll Do:

• Process Daily Transactions: Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
• Audit Car Deals: Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
• Track and Report Issues: Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with Store Operations: Work with store teams and Business Controller to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
• Assist with Accounting Schedules: Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
• Cross-Train and Provide Backup: Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
• Meet Performance Standards: Ensure accuracy timeliness and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

• Experience: 1 years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals is a MUST.

The Dealership Accounting Coordinator Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22.00 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
