Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for assisting with patient care including organization clean-up of treatment areas and office duties as needed under the direction of a Physical Therapist or supervisor.

Essential Functions
-Assists therapists and assistants with patient care.
-Assists in daily upkeep of physical environment linen and equipment maintenance.
-Meets regularly with Rehab staff to update therapy programs and assess effectiveness.
-Is alert for patient safety at all times.
-Cleans therapy mats daily utilizing established departmental procedures.
-Assist the Rehabilitation Therapist with treatment as directed.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to organize/prioritize.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong patient/customer service skills.
- Ability to assist with medical examinations and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
