Position Summary:

The ideal candidate for this position needs to be a big picture goal-oriented person that also possesses enthusiasm and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in tile drywall trim work and painting is a must. You should love working with a strong sense of urgency and get bored easily with routine and repetitive tasks. The team demands an analytical problem solver who can bring solutions to the table and take charge of multiple simultaneous tasks.

• Location: Orlando FL
• Hours: 8am to 5pm with occasional OT and weekends required
• Compensation $18.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience (paid bi-weekly)
• Travel Requirements:daily travel to job sites and facility will be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility will be construction and repair of various items such as installing repairing electrical fixtures doors windows and frames floor tile drywall base board plumbing painting etc.
• We expect you to have strong attention to details and a very good knowledge of different carpentry materials.
• Work effectively to ensure productivity and job performance.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and customer service.
• Represent the company well and within the limits of our culture.

Education and/or Work Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• 1 years of previous experience in restoration construction or a related industry (preferred)
• Ability to successfully complete a background drug test and have a clean DMV record
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Technically adept with smart phone and tablet technology
• Ability to operate within hazardous environments with care and safety
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Responsible for multiple high-end equipment pieces
• Must own basic tools
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication.
