Luxury Sales Leader (Player-Coach Role)

Are you a top-performing sales professional ready to lead from the front

At The Gents Place this is not a traditional manager role. You will drive revenue through your own sales performance while coaching and leading a small team to do the same.

Youll sell premium memberships ($525$8000/yr) and luxury retail (Creed fragrances $500) while setting the standard for sales service and professionalism.

What Youll Do

Lead the team in personal sales performance
Present and close memberships and luxury retail
Coach and develop 2 Sales Consultants
Hold Grooming Specialists accountable to our sales process
Deliver a seamless 5-star guest experience

Who You Are

2 years of proven sales success (luxury retail automotive real estate hospitality etc.)
A consistent top performer who closes
Leads by example not just direction
Polished professional and accountable
Comfortable working Saturdays (closed Sundays)

Pay & Benefits

$20/hr base $1.5K$3K monthly commissions
