For this position the expected salary range is between $90000 and $105000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications. We also offer additional incentives such as a annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.

Job Description:
- Manage multiple strategic projects using Finnings Project Management and Continuous Improvement Methodologies ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project charters and roadmaps in collaboration with Business Owners Process Owners and key stakeholders to define scope timelines and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional project teams providing clear direction removing barriers and ensuring accountability for results.
- Monitor project performance against established KPIs budgets and timelines implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion project management best practices and continuous improvement principles fostering a culture of operational excellence within the organization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Leads and team members supporting their development and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Identify and mitigate risks by analyzing potential challenges and implementing proactive solutions to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership summarizing progress risks and recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to change management models supporting smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
- 3 years of experience in project management with a focus on business improvement and change management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including MS Project Gant Charting Visio and advanced MS Office skills.
- Training in Process Management Change Management Quality Management and/or Lean Methodologies preferred.
- Excellent leadership facilitation and relationship management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills; comfortable managing ambiguity and driving results.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills including experience delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Caterpillar organization and mining industry is an asset.
