- カフェスーパーバイザーの指示のもとシフト中の現場運営サポート
- ゲストからの要望問い合わせへの初期対応および必要に応じたエスカレーション
- サービススタッフとの連携
- 店舗運営に関わる基本的な準備片付けオペレーション業務
- 関係部署キッチン等との日常的な連携
- カフェレストランホテル等での接客実務経験
- リーダーキャプテントレーナー等の経験があれば尚可
- ラグジュアリーブランドまたは高品質サービスへの関心
- チームワークを重視し現場で周囲をサポートできる方
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
- 英語での基本的な接客対応ができる方歓迎

Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Café is seeking a Cafe Captain to support daily service operations and maintain exceptional service standards on the floor.
This role serves as a key on-site leader supporting both guests and team members during daily operations.
- Provide high-quality guest service in the café and bar-café areas
- Support daily service operations and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Assist and guide junior service staff during shifts
- Support the Cafe Supervisor with floor operations and team coordination
- Handle guest inquiries and requests escalating issues when necessary
- Work closely with service team members
- Assist with daily operational tasks including setup and closing duties
- Coordinate with the kitchen and related departments as needed
- Previous experience in café restaurant or hotel service operations
- Prior experience as a captain team leader or trainer is an advantage
- Strong interest in luxury hospitality and premium service environments
- Team-oriented reliable and proactive attitude
- Japanese communication skills
- Basic English conversational skills preferred
- Strong desire for career development
Job Details
Working Hours: Shift-based 8 hours per day 60-minute break
Days Off: 810 days per month (115 days annually)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Salary: JPY /month (determined based on experience and expectation)
Bonus: Equivalent to 4 months (paid semi-annually in June and December)

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- Japanese (Native or equivalent level)
