• Execute safe compliant movement of sorting items to determine reuse vs. discard route reusable items into colorcoded bins and check additional supplies for condition usage and expiration while updating Warehouse Management System transactions to maintain realtime inventory accuracy.
• Operate and support materialhandling equipment (forklifts trolleys conveyors IT terminals scanners printers) follow established safety protocols assist experienced operators and escalate mechanical or packing issues to maintenance for timely resolution.

• No prior experience required; understanding or having had experience as a warehouse or distribution center operator is preferred.
• You have High School Diploma vocational education certificate or GED.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisProduction/Assemblerposition.
• You possess positive and respectful attitude work well with others maintain a high sense of urgency attention to detail be adaptable and be safety conscious.
• The ability to work mandatory overtime is an essential function of this role. Overtime work can include Saturdays and 10-hour shifts.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The overall pay range for this position in Phoenix AZ is $15.00 - $23.00 USD Hourly plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
