Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Telemarketing Operator to join our print production and customer service team. This role serves as a key communication point between clients and production staff ensuring all print jobs are accurately received processed and completed on time.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills organizational ability and experience in print or production environments with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming jobs from email intake bins and front counter submissions
- Accurately code and enter customer job tickets according to company guidelines
- Communicate with clients regarding job specifications timelines budgets and production requirements
- Clarify project details and resolve order discrepancies before production assignment
- Answer incoming phone calls and client inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide front counter support and assist customers as needed
- Log completed jobs and confirm shipping and delivery status updates
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer service area
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate job flow and scheduling
- Maintain inventory of office and production supplies
- Support production staff and assist managers with additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (required)
- Experience in customer service telemarketing or production coordination preferred
- Familiarity with print production prepress or offset printing is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Experience with graphics or print production applications is a plus
