Job Description

Join Teledyne Technologies Talent Acquisition team supporting advanced Space Imaging programs. In this role youll help support Space Imaging businesses across locations such as Camarillo CA; Bromont Canada; and Chelmsford UK. Youll play a key role in delivering a positive hiring experience by screening candidates coordinating interviews supporting recruiters and ensuring candidates and hiring managers move smoothly through the recruitment process.

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 - 9 months with the potential for a temptohire opportunity.

What youll do

• Assist with candidate screening interview scheduling candidate communications and travel logistics

• Assist with Visitor Requests for on-site interviews

• Support recruiters with job postings requisition tracking and ATS workflow

• Track and process background checks and related preemployment requirements

• Coordinate onboarding activities and pre/posthire documentation

• Act as a recruiting liaison between candidates recruiters hiring managers and HR

• Maintain accurate recruiting records reports and audit documentation

• Assist with creation review and auditing of job descriptions

• Support recruiting events hiring initiatives and TA projects

• Help improve recruiting processes and tools across the organization

What you need

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information

• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

• 13 years related experience

• Prior Talent Acquisition or recruiting coordination experience

• Experience with Workday Software or other comparable talent system

• Preferred: Fluency in French to support Canadian Talent Acquisition
