DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor MI is actively seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter to independently manage one to two residential remodeling projects from start to finish overseeing all on-site construction activities including trade partners while supporting both design-build and Home Services work within our Production Department. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in residential carpentry
Minimum of 3 years experience in tile installation (flooring backsplashes and/or showers)
Physical ability to perform the required functions of the job including the ability to lift up to 80 lbs

WHAT YOULL DO AS A LEAD CARPENTER

Independently manage 12 residential remodeling projects from start to finish
Lead daily on-site execution coordinating employees and trade partners
Ensure projects stay on schedule within scope and aligned with quality standards
Serve as primary on-site contact for clients throughout the project
Oversee both design-build remodeling and Home Services work as assigned
Maintain overall jobsite organization safety and workflow efficiency
