Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical programs from concept to delivery ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product management and operations to define program scope goals and timelines.
Develop and manage program plans and resource allocation ensuring effective use of resources and meeting program objectives.
Lead and manage technical program teams including engineers project managers and other technical staff to deliver high-quality results.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including customers partners and internal teams to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to drive technical innovation and program improvement.
Collaborate with other program managers to share best practices identify opportunities for improvement and drive program excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience in technical program management with a focus on software development IT or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing technical programs from concept to delivery.
Strong technical background with experience in software development IT or a related field.
Excellent program management skills with experience in project planning and resource allocation.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and mitigating technical risks.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles including design development testing and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience with technical program management tools and platforms (e.g. JIRA Confluence)

Sunnyvale California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $104000.00 - $202000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
