Youll step into a perioperative leadership role overseeing Operating Room Pre-Op and Sterile Processing Department operations in a high-volume surgical environment averaging 25 cases per day. Partnering closely with the OR Director youll lead day-to-day operations staff development compliance readiness and quality improvement initiatives.

Youll practice in Ocala Florida a growing Central Florida community known for its equestrian heritage expanding healthcare infrastructure and convenient access to both Gainesville and Orlando.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranging from $95000 to $115000 based on experience
