Facilities Services Supervisor

Kendal at Hanover is seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor. The Facilities Services Supervisor is responsible for providing hands-on leadership for campus facilities maintenance and security operations with customer service as the highest priority. The person in this role manages schedules and supervises staff who are responsible for daily and evening maintenance and campus security while actively supporting residents staff and departments through responsive solution-focused service.

Primary roles and responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising maintenance and security teams with a strong customer service focus;
• Assigning coordinating and prioritizing daily work orders and projects;
• Acting as a working supervisor including on-call service response;
• Ensuring high-quality responsive service to residents and staff;
• Coordinating covered parking operations code compliance snow removal and all hazard mitigation;
• Supporting resident moves and furniture relocation;
• Planning directing and overseeing 24/7 security operations;
• Investigating and documenting security incidents and PEER reports;
• Leading maintenance and facilities projects using best practices;
• Managing project scope schedule cost quality and stakeholder approvals;
• Conducting staff training coaching evaluations and performance documentation.

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in a related field (or the equivalent experience) and at least 3 additional years of demonstrated successful leadership experience in Customer Service setting.
• LEAN or Six Sigma Certification a plus
• Ability to travel throughout buildings and grounds and perform inspection (large majority of work day includes standing and walking);
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated leadership skills.
• A valid unexpired drivers license.

A valid unexpired drivers license is required for this position and you must be insurable under Kendals automobile insurance carrier.

Pay range: $74000 - $87000.00 annually (Exempt) dependent on skills and experience.
