Electrician- Martin & St. Lucie Counties

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
Lead the design analysis and testing of electrical systems including power distribution control systems and circuitry.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
Review and approve engineering designs drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
Plan coordinate and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
Develop project timelines budgets and resource plans ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers project managers and contractors.
Design and implement electrical systems and components for various applications ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Perform simulations testing and troubleshooting to optimize system performance.
Identify and resolve technical challenges during the design and implementation phases.
Ensure all designs and installations comply with local state and federal codes and regulations.
Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols throughout the team when overseeing a project.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain safe working conditions.
Prepare detailed technical reports schematics and documentation.
Maintain accurate project records including testing results design changes and progress reports.
Present project updates and technical finds to management and clients.
Act as a point of expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
Requirements
Bachelors degree Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
Professional Engineer license or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in electrical engineering with at least 7 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of industry standards such as NEC IEEE and IEC codes.
Exceptional analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency with company software and basic office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Compensation: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
