Position: General Construction Laborer / Construction Helper

Location: Aurora Colorado

Work Schedule: Monday Friday (weekends optional)

Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (overtime available)

Job Summary

We are currently hiring General Construction Laborers / Construction Helpers for work on an active commercial construction site in Aurora Colorado. This is a hands-on position supporting a variety of trades on a busy job site. Responsibilities include loading and unloading building materials demolition work grading general site labor sweeping and cleaning removing construction debris digging and trenching and using basic construction hand tools. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where safety efficiency and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks safely efficiently and on time
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Perform demolition site cleanup and debris removal
• Support grading digging and trenching operations
• Use basic hand tools and follow direction from supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more consistently throughout the day
• Must wear all required PPE while on the construction site
• Reliable dependable and able to maintain good attendance
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and active job environments

Minimum Hiring Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months continuous commercial construction experience
• On-the-job safety training with a licensed commercial contractor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
