Registered Nurse Bountiful Allergy Clinic

Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team serving both our Bountiful and Tooele locations. This is an immediate opening for a skilled and adaptable nurse who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of competence in a medical office setting with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with providers and staff. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills effective prioritization adaptability to change and a consistent display of professionalism. The ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies is essential.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Primarily based in the Bountiful clinic
• Must be willing to travel to the Tooele clinic at least one day per week (mileage reimbursement provided)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with physicians staff and patients
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and support team workflow
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment
• Proven customer service multitasking and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive patient-focused attitude
• Basic computer proficiency required

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Collaborate with and support clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Promote clear and effective communication within the clinical team
• Work closely with physicians PAs and support staff to provide patient care including rooming patients assisting with procedures performing telephone triage and maintaining exam rooms
• Serve as a scribe by accurately documenting patient encounters in the electronic medical record
• Administer injections including topical anesthesia
• Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments
• Contribute to a positive team-oriented work environment
• Assist in planning and promoting community skin cancer screenings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Utah
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive motion associated with computer and office equipment use
• Work performed in a climate-controlled indoor environment
