Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership & Advisory
Partner with founders and department heads to align HR strategies with business priorities.
Provide guidance on organizational design workforce planning and change management in a fast-scaling environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions balancing compliance with agility.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract entrepreneurial fintech-savvy talent.
Design lean but effective onboarding programs that integrate new hires quickly into the start-up culture.
Build employer branding initiatives to position the company as a fintech innovator.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
Establish HR policies and frameworks suitable for a growing start-up ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Handle employee relations with transparency and fairness fostering trust in a rapidly evolving workplace.
Proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures.
4. Performance & Development
Implement performance management processes that are simple scalable and aligned with start-up goals.
Coach managers to lead small agile teams effectively.
Introduce learning and development initiatives focused on fintech skills leadership and adaptability.
5. Culture & Engagement
Champion a start-up culture of innovation collaboration and accountability.
Lead engagement programs that resonate with a young dynamic workforce.
Promote diversity inclusion and employee well-being.
6. HR Operations & Analytics
Build HR processes from the ground up (policies systems trackers).
Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
Continuously refine HR practices to support scale-up and future expansion.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 610 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP or managerial roles; start-up or fintech exposure preferred.
Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and fintech compliance requirements.
