Responsible for sales in the assigned set of direct clients mapped and expanding the base of direct clients.
Make the desired calls to D contacts in Talisma and capture the details correctly.
Take inbound sales calls from direct clients assigned.
Undertake 1 virtual activity on monthly basis outside regular calls to direct clients.
Focus on inactive clients and follow activation.
Deliver short telephone-length presentations to Channel Head - Direct / Head of Direct on a regular basis to improve effectiveness clarity and learn how to overcome objections.
To build relationships with a newer target segment
To enhance cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Client Services GFAR FTA and Sales Management to ensure the smooth functioning of sales roles within the team focusing on internally directed tasks.
Follow Sales ethics in a stringent manner
Represent the Franklin Templeton brand and culture through day-to-day activities.
