As a Cybersecurity Engineer you will safeguard the organizations networks systems and data by designing implementing and maintaining robust security controls. You will protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access ensure compliance with regulatory requirements respond effectively to security incidents and continuously strengthen the security posture to address evolving risks.

What youll do:

• Network and System Monitoring: Continuously log monitor and inspect the organizations networks systems and security tools to detect and respond to security vulnerabilities threats policy non-compliance and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.â
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop & maintain detailed documentation of security processes incidents compliance efforts and KPIs.
• Security Tool Management: Research design configure implement and maintain security tools such as email mana malware prevention O365 security software and SIEM platforms.
• Identity & Access Control Management: Implement and manage identity & access control measures including user authentication.
• Threat Intelligence and Proactive Security Measures: Stay updated on the latest security threats vulnerabilities and technology trends.
• Automation & Orchestration (SOAR): Develop playbooks to automate repetitive tasks.
• Platform Health: Ensure 99.9% uptime for security logging and visibility tools.

What you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity
• 5 years of experience in an IT or technology-related role
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as SC-200 SC-300 or equivalent
• Access Control Management: Strong experience managing and configuring identity and access controls including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Security Tools Expertise: Proficiency with security technologies such as SIEM platforms endpoint protection/antivirus and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
• System Administration: Solid understanding of Windows and Linux/Unix system administration including security hardening patch management and secure configuration management

Theâtypical hiring range for this position is $90000 - $110000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge skills experience and education.
