  • (Internal Title:Manager Stakeholder Engagement and Communications)
    • Coordinates with the Project Delivery Team toresolveissueswith stakeholders anddevelopmitigation measures.
    • Ensures the project is progressing by completing assigning andmonitoringday-to-day tasks and providing updates to management; documents lessons learned to meet project deadlines/milestonesin a timely manneras well as providing management with an overall view of the status of the project.
    • Ensures stakeholder input is accounted for in the project outcomes ensure issues are appropriately managed and escalated for resolution. Ensures stakeholders are informed of any impacts or changes.
    • Ensures information is communicated to relevant stakeholders and team members to enable them to make decisions and takeappropriatetimelyaction and monitor customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinates meetings working groups and touchpoints with project stakeholders.
    • Liaises with the Project Delivery Team and Contractors to develop and distribute agendas and materials in advance ofstakeholdermeetings.
    • Ensures quality control and coordinates required approvals of materials prior to distribution to stakeholders.
    • Develops content to support stakeholder coordination touchpoints.
    • Develops andmaintainsproject stakeholder register.
    • Develops andmaintainsstakeholder RAID (Risk Action Issue Decision) log.
    • Coordinates with Project Delivery Team and Contractors to ensure completion of assigned actions.
    • Developsdistributesand coordinates review of meeting minutes and materials.
    • Develops andmaintainsstakeholder trackers and metrics to support KPI reporting.
    • Compiles inputs to support the development of stakeholder Annual Work Plans and Task Sheets.
    • Monitors spend against approved budgets.
    • Demonstrates interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate asrequiredwith consultants/contractorsand stakeholders.
    • Preparesstakeholderreports.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Political Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Communications or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Service Project Communications and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a People Manager
  • Demonstratedexperience in project management preferably within the public sector
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Certified Engineering Technician (CET) or . designation or partial completion is an asset

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Project management experience to manage assigned projects andcoordinate withstaff engaged in all stages of project management from start to close-out
  • Knowledge of transportation industry is an asset
  • Organizationalinterpersonaland oral/written/presentation communication skills to coordinate complex projects under pressure to meet schedule and budget commitments
  • Proficiencyis software such as MS Word Excel VisioUnifier ProjectWise
  • Strong understanding and implementation of various research methods
  • Ability to independently tailor technical information for different audiences through presentations reports and other means
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
  • Equipped to develop and analyze responses to consultants and engage with a variety of people
  • Strong and organized approach to task and project management
  • Mastery of facilitating public meetings and representing the program or project and client or company
  • Seasoned experience providing community and media outreach advice
  • Tact to act as project ambassador
  • Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured disciplined technology-driven environment
  • Diplomatic skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders and stakeholder groups
  • Confidence to mentor and advise staff

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full-time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit in some cases actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
