The Opportunity:
Lead theMulti V (VRF)business by integrating Project/Product Management SCM and Strategic Planning. This role is the critical link synchronizing global operations between theU.S. and Korea to drive operational excellence and profitability.
- Project Leadership:Own the full VRF project lifecycle (planning to delivery) ensuring timelines and budgets are met while mitigating risks across U.S. and Korea teams.
- Product Strategy:Manage theMulti Vroadmap from new product launches to EOL. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing for maximum profit.
- SCM & Logistics:Monitor the end-to-end logistics flow and collaborate with demand planners to optimize inventory and mitigate lead-time risks.
- Strategic Planning:Execute sales/marketing initiatives and analyze vertical market trends to forecast demand and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field.
- 5 years experience is required
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in market research strategic planning and business analysis.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

$72000 - $82000 USD
