Fluent in Spanish and English;Translating as needed

Qualifications
What will you bring to the table
High Schooldiplomaor equivalent
Two years experience in general office procedures preferred
Bilingual in Spanish required
Physical:
Use multi-line phone system keyboard mouse headset.
Unpack delivered boxes and put supplies in closets and cupboards. Beable to lift light weights stoop and bend.
Equipment:
Proficient in the use of general business equipment including ComputersCopy Machines and Telephones with a voice mail system.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Other requirements:
Must be organized and have pleasant telephone manners.
Must be able to handle multiple demands
Attend in-service trainings as required
Valid Illinois Drivers license
Use of employee personal automobile
Minimum amount of automobile liability insurance as defined by AIDs personnel policies
Demonstrate respectful communication with staff clients visitors
Provide good Customer service
