As a Procurement Manager Industrial Packaging you will play a critical global leadership role by shaping and executing Arxadas packaging procurement strategy across all business areas. You will drive meaningful impact by identifying value opportunities elevating category excellence and ensuring continuity of supply for industrial packaging materials. Working closely with cross-functional partners you will strengthen our supplier ecosystem foster innovation and enable costeffective reliable and sustainable solutions that support Arxadas continued growth. Essential Job Functions

- Lead all global procurement activities for industrial packaging ensuring strong category strategy and competitive advantage.

- Build and maintain deep understanding of supply markets economics technologies and cost drivers relevant to IBC totes plastic drums and related components.

- Identify evaluate and manage suppliers to achieve optimal pricing quality reliability and innovation.

- Lead negotiation planning and execution for commercial terms and supply agreements collaborating with operations quality legal and other internal partners.

- Drive cost reduction value engineering and packaging rationalization initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership.

- Partner with Supplier Quality to monitor performance support audits and ensure compliance with quality agreements.

- Develop risk management strategies and ensure proactive mitigation planning for global supply continuity.

- Strengthen supplier relationships leveraging global synergies and promoting accountability through supplier scorecards and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree required; preferred fields include Procurement/Supply Chain Engineering Chemistry Finance or Business.

- Five or more years of relevant experience in procurement or engineering within an industrial packaging environment.

- Strong knowledge of commodity and engineered materials (e.g. HDPE/rHDPE PP/rPP thermoplastics steel).

- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing category management and supplier negotiation. - Experience working in regulated industries preferred.

- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

The expected salary range for this role is $106000- $123000k but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors permitted by law.
