Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Construction Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in the masonry/façade restoration industry to join a growing team in the Cleveland OH area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills is highly organized is a great problem solver is very efficient and has strong attention to detail & time management.

Duties

Lead full lifecycle of commercial construction projects including estimating bidding scheduling budgeting and execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Analyze plans specifications and blueprints to develop accurate cost estimates perform take-offs define scope of work and prepare competitive proposals
Coordinate with clients subcontractors and vendors to obtain quotes manage project progress maintain documentation and ensure quality control and project goals are met

Requirements

Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial estimator/project manager and be knowledgeable in the masonry field
Proficient in construction software (Procore Blue Beam)

Details

Pay Rage: $80k to $110k annual bonus opportunity
