Were hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to keep information accurate while delivering top-notch support to our customers. This position offers a mix of focused detail-driven work and engaging customer interaction in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately input update and maintain data across various systems with attention to detail
Review and verify data for accuracy completeness and consistency
Generate basic reports and assist in preparing data for internal analysis
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset
Communicate product service and policy information clearly and effectively
Document all customer interactions and feedback to support service and process improvements
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
