As a BCBA youll implement center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs (in Daytona and Deland) tailored to students in our ELITE Program and the broader community. Youll collaborate with families educators and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver focused effective treatment plans that foster growth and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments preference assessments and functional analyses
Design and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans
Provide training and consultation to staff families and community partners
Administer skill assessments (ABLLS AFLS VB-MAPP)
Deliver direct one-on-one instruction
Prepare progress reports and treatment updates for funding agencies
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and insurance standards
Report critical incidents and safety concerns appropriately

Qualifications
Masters degree in special education psychology or related field
Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Medicaid Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience preferred
Experience with VB-MAPP and early intervention programming
School-based service experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Passion for working with young children and supporting families
Ability to meet Easterseals Florida authorized driver requirements (including being at least 21 years of age)
