Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle including conducting market research and competitor analyses determining product pricing developing short and long-term strategies identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience and adhering to the Product Risk Management policy. Job expectations may include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales marketing operations implementation and customer service strategies.

The Wealth Management Deposit Pricing Product Manager will:

  • Manage Wealth Management Deposit Opportunity Pricing activity serving as a primary point of coordination across specific Divisions of Wealth Management field leadership and internal partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the opportunity deposit pricing processes reporting and governance practices
  • Engage directly with Wealth field leadership to support opportunitybased pricing requests provide guidance on pricing parameters and ensure timely informed decisioning
  • Partner closely with Finance and Line of Business leaders (as required) to align opportunity pricing decisions with financial objectives funding considerations and enterprise strategy
  • Leverage the Opportunity Pricing SharePoint to support Opportunity Pricing activities:
    • Monitor opportunity pricing activity ensuring transparency documentation completeness and consistent process discipline.
    • Identify and implement enhancements to SharePoint tools and workflows to improve tracking reporting controls and overall user experience in support of the opportunity pricing process

  • Produce and deliver quarterly reporting on the opportunity pricing portfolio including volumes trends outcomes and key observations for senior management and partner stakeholders. Provide back-up support for weekly opportunity pricing file reconciliation process and subsequent reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to deposit pricing strategy policies and governance standards proactively identifying risks trends or exceptions and escalating as appropriate
  • Maintain strong operational rigor and controls supporting transparency audit readiness and regulatory expectations
  • Independently manage multiple concurrent priorities exercising sound judgment accountability and effective stakeholder communication

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
  • Oversees a set ofproducts and maintains financials including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities such as revenue and profit margins
  • Provides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality marketplace trends and the competitive landscape
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit clients existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence
  • Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets clients and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of deposit pricing
  • Ability to work with Wealth Management on specific opportunity pricing requests
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Accuracy & detail a must
  • Quarterly reporting exp.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in SharePoint and all MS 365 Suite
  • Business support exp

Pay range

$102000.00 - $145100.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
