The Opportunity

Role Overview
As an Assistant Broker you will manage and support a portfolio of corporateclients providing tailored risk advice and exceptional service. The role is client-facing and involves regular engagement with clients and insurers to strengthen relationships and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of a portfolio of corporateclients
Provide risk advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients insurers and internal stakeholders
Attend client meetings in person or virtually
Participate in insurer briefings and team knowledge sessions
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Broker with a background in insurance broking or other areas of insurance such as Underwriting.
Tier 1 qualification beneficial but not required
Minimum 1-2 years experience in insurance broking or a closely related role
Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholder clearly with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactive and self-motivated with a genuine interest in career development
