Job Summary
Our client a leading conglomerate isseeking a Legal Manager to join its legal team in Saudi Arabia. This role will support the SVP Legal Counsel in reviewing contracts conducting legal research ensuring regulatory compliance and developing corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft bilingual contracts and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws CMA regulations and internal policies
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports for management
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and governmental authorities
- Monitor and enhance compliance control systems
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Law or Sharia (compliance certification an advantage)
- Strong Arabic and English drafting skills
- Knowledge of Saudi corporate and compliance laws
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
