The Role

As a Production Team Leader you will take ownership of a production line leading a team of up to 17 operatives to deliver on key performance targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising a team on the production line
• Driving health & safety and food safety standards at all times
• Ensuring team engagement performance and attendance
• Delivering against OEE efficiency and waste targets
• Monitoring production output and resolving issues in real-time
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

The Person

• Previous experience in a team leader / supervisor role within manufacturing (food experience desirable)
• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Ability to drive performance and meet operational targets

The Package

Opportunities available across the following shifts:

• Morning Shift (MonFri 06:0014:30): 15.50 per hour
• Evening Shift (MonThurs 14:3001:00): 17.50 per hour
• Weekend Shift (Sat & Sun 06:0018:00 2 flexible weekdays): 17.50 per hour
