Position Overview:

Job Description:

• Ensure all transport companies conform to Finning Health and Safety rules while entering our yard with the support of Service Supervisors.

• Central communication contact for all divisions looking to deliver/ship into and out of yard.

• Co-ordinate transport ensuring that delivery/shipping times and schedules are accurate and achievable.

• Process all shipping/receiving paper work inspections and pictures. Ensure documents are uploaded and distributed to right individuals.

• Central point contact for customers entering yard to pickup equipment and components.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent

• 1 2 years experience in Administration/Logistics

• Familiar with heavy equipment familiar with shipping/receiving processes

• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft (excel word)

• Must be able to provide a clean drivers abstract

• Team player with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities

• Ensure Customers and transport companies follow all safety procedures and rules while in yard

• Work with the team to deliver and contribute to the branches goal and organizations customer service experience

• Co-ordinate and schedule all transportation in and out of yard.

• Process and organize all shipping paperwork in and out of the yard.

Important Details:

• This position is based out of Regina on a 5x2 Monday - Friday shift
