Description of Work

The Compliance Monitoring Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the Compliance Monitoring Team. This position is responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism. The majority of time is allocated to tasks that involve calendar and meeting management tracking and documentation of issues and special projects analyzing various compliance matters. Work requires the ability to interpret and communicate information to meet specific needs of staff and external parties. The range of duties includes but is not limited to verifying data report writing summarizing and reconciling information or financial data records management data collection and analysis research or inventory of information/data.

Performs research data collection and analysis of information and report writing.
Utilizes reconciles and manipulates data from different internal and external software systems.
Applies an in-depth knowledge of a variety of complex processes and procedures.
Recognizes defines and resolves non-standard problems using operating procedures practices and established precedents.
Anticipates problems and Independently resolves issues and/or develops recommendations for management resolution.
Serves as a resource for others in resolving unprecedented non-standard issues and problems.
Answers inquiries and advises others regarding processes services and operations as applied to non-standard situations.
Communicates expectations to other employees which may include formal/informal training.
Communicates on a routine basis with internal and external DHB partners including the State Auditors Office OIG auditors CMS contractors and DHB staff.
Independently compiles analyzes assimilates and composes information into varied or non-standard formats with responsibility for content review accuracy quality and timelines requiring in-depth program knowledge.
Composes written communications with guidance using standard formats.

Recruitment Range $39244 - $48000

**Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours**

  • Compiles organizes and analyzes both electronic and printed data utilizing strong data management skills including collection storage and interpretation.

  • Utilizes office equipment and relevant technology including software and information systems to efficiently support organizational operations.

  • Identifies issues evaluates options and develops effective solutions while clearly communicating information and ideas both verbally and in writing adapting messaging to suit different audiences.
