Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Milan MI. This role involves providing essential care and support to clients in their homes helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed
- Monitor and report changes in clients conditions to supervisors
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or direct care role is a plus but not needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Compassionate patient and respectful attitude towards clients
