Data Analyst Distribution Center / Supply Chain

Collected cleaned and analyzed operational data related to inventory shipping receiving and order fulfillment.
Monitored and reported on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy on-time delivery inventory turnover and picking efficiency.
Developed dashboards and reports using Excel SQL Tableau or Power BI to track warehouse performance and identify bottlenecks.
Analyzed inventory levels to optimize stock replenishment and reduce overstock and stockouts.
Partnered with warehouse operations and logistics teams to improve workflow efficiency and throughput.
Conducted trend analysis on shipping volumes seasonal demand and labor productivity to support workforce planning.
Identified process inefficiencies and recommended data-driven improvements to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
Automated recurring reports for daily/weekly distribution center performance saving time and improving data accuracy.
Performed root cause analysis on issues such as delayed shipments inventory discrepancies and order errors.
Supported warehouse management systems (WMS) by extracting and validating data for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements:

Python (Pandas NumPy) for demand forecasting and operational analysis.
Worked with WMS platforms (e.g. SAP EWM Manhattan Oracle) to extract and analyze data.
Conducted slotting optimization and layout analysis to improve picking efficiency.
Assisted in transportation/logistics analysis including carrier performance and freight costs.

1st shift Monday Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

$20.00-$23.00 pay will be based on experience
