Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial tracking and QuickBooks management across multiple retail locations.
This role is focused on accuracy and consistency ensuring invoices bank transactions and credit card activity are properly recorded monitored and kept up to date at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks across multiple entities
- Enter categorize and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper payment tracking
- Monitor bank activity and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Track and reconcile multiple credit cards across different stores
- Maintain clean organized and accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly reports to provide clear visibility into financials
- Ensure nothing is missed duplicated or incorrectly recorded
Qualifications
- 4 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong hands-on QuickBooks experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized across multiple entities/accounts
