WhatYoullDo/KeyResponsibilities:

Maintainandsupportthegeneralledgerandjournalentriesensuringaccuracyandcompleteness.
Performdailyaccountingtaskswithdebits/creditsandreconciliationstosupportmonthendquarterendandyearendclose.
Supportfinancialcloseprocessesincludingaccountanalysisanddocumentation.
Collaboratewiththebroaderaccountingteam(ARAPAssistantController)toimproveprocessesandcontrols.
WorkwithERPandExceltotrackanalyzeandreportfinancialdata.
Contributetodocumentationandrefinementofaccountingproceduresastheteamevolves.
Provideinsightsandassistancethathelpimprovefinancialreportingandoperationaltransparency.

Atleast1yearinamanufacturingaccountingroleorsimilaroperationalenvironment

StrongunderstandingofGAAPaccountingprinciples

ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcelforanalysisandreporting

ExperiencewithanERPsystem(experienceinMacolaisabonusbutnotrequired)

ComfortablewithmanualaccountingprocessesforGL
