Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
- Establish track and refine OKRs KPIs and other key business metrics; set targets and monitor progress against strategic goals
- Oversee product backlog and roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives stakeholder priorities and modernization goals
- Partner with the project manager to plan the roadmap on an ongoing quarterly and annual basis ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization partnering with Project manager and engineering leads to ensure timely delivery of high-value features
- Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product Technology Operations Servicing Legal and Compliance
- Support production issue resolution and feedback loops ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- 5 years of experience in strategy business operations portfolio management or management consulting - within financial services payments or technology
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle technical design and data analytics
- Identify high-ROI AI use cases and create roadmaps.
- Translate user needs into AI product requirements with value
- Structured and strategic thinker effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated track record of driving change and transformation in a complex organization
- Ability to work independently manage expectations and communicate effectively across teams and time zones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA
