Graphic Designer QTMP RTS QLD PCD

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP) one of Australias most significant rail manufacturing projects.

In this role youll be responsible for developing innovative design concepts themes and high-quality visual materials that support QTMP communications. Your work will demonstrate a strong understanding of client branding accessibility requirements and community valueshelping to tell the story of a program shaping the future of rail in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality design concepts layouts and graphics across a wide range of communications and publications
• Produce well-structured visually consistent documents that reflect strong typographic and layout design
• Collaborate closely with leadership communications and project teams to support continuous improvement in materials
• Translate complex written and numerical information into clear impactful diagrams and visual storytelling
• Ensure all materials align with corporate branding client expectations and accessibility standards (including WCAG)
• Manage endtoend collateral development from concept through to final approval
• Support both digital and print production requirements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with state representatives and project stakeholders

About You

• Bachelors or Postgraduate qualification in graphic design communications or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in communications graphic design or publications
• Experience within construction infrastructure or a related industry (desirable)
• Proven experience working in project environments or managing large volumes of editorial content
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop)
• Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint capabilities
• Video editing skills highly regarded
