Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance withenvironmental health and safety (EHS)standards across all control activities.
• Performroutine and preventive maintenanceon control systems ranging fromPLC LSS (Life Safety system) FAS (Fire alarm system) Instrumentation and related Control systems etc.
• Supportcommissioning and startupof new control systems and infrastructure upgrades.
• Identify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting steps or procedures.
• Conductrisk assessments and FMEAto identify and mitigate potential system failures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of control systems maintenance records and compliance reports.
• Mentor junior technicians and participate intechnical training programsto elevate team capabilities.
• Support deployment ofSMART diagnostics toolsand digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical & Control Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience: Minimum2 yearsin control maintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge ofPLC/Instrumentation/FAS/LSS systems electrical schematics and safety codes. Familiarity withETAPIEC standards andpredictive maintenance toolsis a plus.
• Communication: Effective communicator with strong teamwork and documentation skills.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
• Mindset: Proactive safety-conscious and committed to continuous improvement.
