Join Nexcade AI as a Founding Product Engineer to build agentic AI systems that automate exception-heavy logistics workflows. Reporting to the CTO you will own customer-facing product development bridging the gap between sophisticated LLM orchestration and real-world operations. Youll ship full-stack features that transform unstructured communication into automated pricing and procurement.

What you will do:

• Prototype and iterate on AI-driven automation workflows converting complex email threads and WhatsApp negotiations into structured procurement data.

• Build and maintain full-stack features using React TypeScript and Python while ensuring high performance and scalability in cloud environments.

• Partner directly with customers and founders to translate operational pain points into technical solutions maintaining a focus on usability and user experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 4-8 years of experience shipping production-grade systems at high-growth tech companies preferably with exposure to LLM orchestration or agentic systems.

• Demonstrates high agency and a first principles mindset having previously worked in early-stage environments or led 0-to-1 product initiatives.

• Possesses strong proficiency in modern stacks including React TypeScript Python and Temporal with a deep intuition for user-centric product design.
