We are looking for a Non-Motor MOJSupervisor/ team leader to join our claimant injury department based in Bristol. This would be suitable for an experienced Manger to supervise and provide technical guidance to a team of claimant personal injury case handlers whose caseloads will consist of MOJ non-motor personal injury cases. This role would be well suited to an experienced Manager looking for a new challenge to build on their management skills and who can use their experience to assist case handlers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Day to day supervision of a team of claimant personal injury case handlers
Providing case planning assistance and completing supervisor reviews
Answering technical queries
Ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
Providing training and guidance to case handlers
Carrying out 1-2-1s and appraisals for the team
Complete email and post supervision for the team
Skills/Competencies Required:
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of MOJ personal injury cases and experience of running claims on the MOJ portal
Non-motor personal injury experience would be preferable but not essential.
Excellent organisational and written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets
Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
