Senior Process Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Gdansk Employment: Vollzeit Entry date: 23.02.2026Your tasks
- Process engineering support for projects (responsibility for deadlines costs and process engineering) as Lead Engineer
- Creation of a concept design (preliminary stage to basic engineering); development of PFDs and building layouts process optimizations etc.
- Execution of basic engineering; design of plants and equipment (pumps filters tanks) fittings (pressure reducers control and safety valves) pipeline dimensioning
- Creation of media consumption lists
- Responsibility for implementing regulatory requirements (GMP FDA etc.)
- Creation of functional specifications
- Detailed engineering; process engineering review of 3D models Commissioning (international)
- Support in the qualification of plants
- Support in the CE marking certification process
Your profile
- Completed technical education in the fields of process engineering or biotechnology (university of applied sciences university etc.)
- At least 10 years of experience in the planning and qualification of biotechnological plants in the pharmaceutical sector
- COMOS knowledge or a strong interest in acquiring it
- First aid certification is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (including MS Visio)
- Negotiable written and spoken English and German skills (additional foreign languages e.g. Russian French are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel internationally (5060%) sometimes for several weeks at a time
- An independent responsible and solution-oriented approach to work the ability to work in a team and a communicative and organized personality round off your profile
