At First Children Services were a collaborative team of educators clinicians and support professionals working together to Create Life-Changing Outcomes for Exceptional Kids with behavioral mental health and physical needs.

Opportunities Available:

• Teachers (Special Education TOD and related instructional roles)
• Speech Therapist
• Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides
• Behavior Technicians (BTs) clinic-based roles with training provided

Compensation:

(All ranges based on experience education background and certification)

• Teachers:$61000 $80000 annually
• Speech Therapist:$67000 - $92000 annually
• Paraprofessionals:$19.50-$22.00/hour
• Behavior Technicians (BTs):$21.00 $26.00/hour

Who Were Looking For:

• Individuals with experience in education behavioral health or working with children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• For BT roles: willingness to learn and be trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
